Sara Cooper is a bookwriter/lyricist and a playwright. She also directs, performs, and dabbles in backstage work.
Sara is about half a year away from receiving her MFA in Musical Theatre Writing from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts, from which she also holds a BFA in Dramatic Writing.
Originally from Suffolk County, Long Island, Sara currently lives in Astoria with her boyfriend of over four and a half years, Jim Yang, who is a very talented writer himself.
